A Little About Us
Being a Mariner, I have always dreamt of a holiday home near the Beach. A casual visit to the adjacent shakes shop made me fall in the love with the place. For me the little stretch of Beach road in that area has a charm and charisma that is unique. The previous owners of the place wanted to sell the place as it was very close to the sea and uncertainty over coastal highway alignment was also looming. Anyway I decided to buy the place for my Kids and thought that life is too short to think that far ahead and renovated within the limitations of local regulations. After seeing that all our guests were really happy visiting our place, I decided to rent it out when I am away for sailing. Now my wife is managing the place and sharing the Happiness!!!

Anchorage villa was a lovely place with great views of the sea and access to your own private pool and beach! Very clean, modern, well planned and maintained. The approach roads are good, in close proximity to many eateries and even a mall. Merlin was always in touch and very helpful for everything. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone

LOVE THE HOSTS! They were super accomodating and lovely to us, despite the fact that we booked at the last minute. I am quoting one of the hosts when they say "we don't take shortcuts in cleaning the property". They cleaned everything spotlessly including the pool. We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The pool, the cutlery, the terrace, everything was perfect and present. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :")

Best stay around this area. If you're looking for a villa for a group of 4 to 6 persons this is the place. It has a compact pool, beach access, beach view from the bedroom, beach chairs for relaxing, and a swing hammock inside the compound. The place was very clean, the restroom was fantastic. I repeat, the restroom was awesome. Breakfast was included. And bread and tea bags were available. Toaster as well. I can just go on and on about this place but if you're reading it, just book and go experience the magical feelings.

The villa is a stunning piece on the shores of a pristine beach. The care takers at beach villa are very friendly and attentive. One of the highlights of my stay was the private pool and beach access. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and stepping onto the soft sand just a few steps away from my room was pure bliss.
